It's true, I may very well be an unusual case. I have medical reasons for not being able to eat foods with Bovine Growth hormones (a severe hormonal disorder caused by a case of prolactinoma that reoccurs if I start drinking milk or eating cheese from cows that have been given hormones to increase their milk production.) That being said I think that it is sad that it's even an issue. Shouldn't our food be as natural as possible ( after all humanity got by for thousands of years without a whole bunch of crap mucking up our edibles)?

I was going to make my own but I'm on WIC. WIC in CA provides a large amount of baby food organic included. What would be good organic food to get? Is it as good as it sounds? I live on small Army post. I think Gerber is the main brand. My son is almost 6 months old.

I have heard that there are its not compulsory to label GM or artificial food, so is it hard to find organic supermarkets? and avoid the fake stuff? (even the ones not labelled so!) hard call

if all the chemicals that are sprayed on foods are so bad for us then why is it legal for them to be put on the foods? i know why its convinient but that doesnt make it ok. and what are the effects of having these chemicals on foods. also are organic foods really that legit or do they still have forms of chemicals on them?
